Ahhhh Krinkels had the same problem a while back if my memory serves me correctly.
Depending on your computer system it might just be that the file is too big. Is there any way you can optimise files to make them smoother?

Im not a flash animator but I have seen the same error crop up personally on low spec computers.

The best solution I could come up with was perhaps saving the .fla files of BK5 to a memory pendrive or external hard drive, then installing whatever version of Adobe Flash you use on a friends computer (preferably one with higher specs) and try the exporting process.

The memory issue happened to me because I'm using 32bit Windows XP, evidently with the 32 bit instruction set the operating system can only allocate so much (1GB and change, iirc) memory to a single program, regardless of how much physical/virtual memory you have. I think you might be running into the same problem there.

Outside of upgrading your Operating System and RAM there's really nothing you can do to fix that. You're going to need to find a stronger computer to handle that meaty behemoth. Got any close friends with a high end Mac or running 64bit Windows 7?

Good luck resolving the other issue, though. Flash is a strange creature and I couldn't even begin to speculate what caused it and what can be done to fix it.

Shit! So, you had finished everything in the movie, but then it wouldn't export? Damn that sucks. I'm not much of a computer person, so unfortunately I can't help you. :( Maybe if you split it in half and uploaded both parts at the same time? Anyway, good luck my friend.

sorry bout that but maybe if you want you could add the gig mech as a boss in a a different bk movie cause remember if you went though the credits in bk 3p2 the gig mech was in the escape pod that would make a nice boss in a different bk or add a epilogue or prologue that would be nice maybe you'd take less stress if you made a short video of snows crash back to earth then a battle with snowball and the gig monster and you could call it BK 3 ending then make a long chapter against snowball and gig monster in a chapter called its all over.
