This is why I don't like relese dates. I can never hold onto them.

I decided to completely redo the last few moments of the end of the final battle, because the ending I did before felt rushed and anti climatic. I figured out a better one, and I'm currently animating it. However this means that, unlike I had previously said, I will not be able to release the movie early next month.

I'll keep you guys updated but please don't ask me how long it'll take because quite frankly, I don't have a clue, and I don't want to, either. It'll be finished when it's finished and you'll be the first to know :)

I'm almost done with the ear movement for BK5.2 now, thank god. In addition to that, I've already finished the intro. It's extremely short intro showing what happened in Part 1 in a flashback-sorta way, and then the action just kicks off right from where part 1 ended. There is almost no story in part 2, it's pretty much just pure non stop action from start to finish where Dust hunts down Smoke and tries to get his revenge. I have a little trick up my sleeve for the final scene though so I hope people will like that since I put a lot of work into it.

I've also started to work on the credits, or "cast" for the movie. Kinda like in Bk4. Except now I decided to do it with drawn pictures of the characters, instead of the sprites I used last time. This is probably going to take the most time from now on since I haven't been drawing... at all for a very long while and I want to make sure that the portraits look good.

After all that, I'll start cleaning up the movie; adding missing effects, other random 'bugfixing' and such.

I'm still aiming to release the movie sometimes early next month, but looking at all the things I still have to do, I can't guarantee that I'll make it in time. I'll keep you guys updated as usual.

EDIT: I guess I overestimated the time it takes to draw the portraits. I've already finished 4 out of 8 :)

I fired up Flash MX and sweet jesus, it's fast. At least it feels fast after using Flash CS3 for the past few weeks.(because I needed flash 8 or better to get the ads working)

Aaaaanyways. The only thing left for Bk5 Part 2 at this time is the music, ear movements, the credits, and finishing touches and whatnot. I gave Rajunen the timings so he's already working on the soundtrack as well. If things go as planned, you'll see part 2 on the Portal early next month. Maybe even earlier, who knows?

That's just awesome :D And Since I'm bored, I decided to make a new banner for the page. I emailed it to Fulp a few moments ago. What do you guys think?

Bunnykill Page is up on Newgrounds.

So uh, yeah. Fulp emailed me back yesterday and he said that he's very interested in Sponsoring Bunnykill 5 afterall. We went through the minor details and I've already started to set up the logos and links for the movie. There's some details I still need from Fulp, so I hope he answers me soon :)

What this means is that Bunnykill 5 will most likely be delayed, unfortunately. Hopefully by just a few days though. We'll have to wait and see what happens. As usual, I'll keep you guys updated.

PS. I was planning on using Post #50 to announce that Bk5 is released, but now I can't. *sniff*

Okay, so. Bunnykill 5 Part 1 is done and I got the ads working and all is well :)

Now, we wait.

For friday.

Friday.

Gotta get down on friday.

You now have that song stuck in your head. Have fun :)

I just spent entire day reading through guides and stuff to get the ads system working for Bunnykill 5, but no luck. I'm using Flash CS3 with Actionscript 2.0.

If anyone here knows how they work, add me on skype and help me out please. Search for "Juuso Andelin" Or "Mottis86"

Oh, and please, in the comments, don't link me to any guides or FAQs or Tutorials here on Newgrounds. Trust me, I've seen them all, and they don't help with my problem.

EDIT: NEVERMIND. It appears that the ad wasn't showing because I had the flash player version set as 6.0 instead of 9.0 when I exported the movie. Derp.

Yup. I'm putting version numbers on the movie from now on. And I just reached 1.0. Uhhuh. Bunnykill 5 part 1, as of today, is finished. Music and everything. (Thanks, Rajunen <3) However, since I enjoy torturing you people and watch you squirm, I've decided to wait until next month to upload it. Kekekeke.

No, but seriously. The real reason I want to wait is that I still haven't got a sponsor. Armorgames doesn't sponsor movies anymore, Fulp stopped responding to my emails for whatever reason and Atom.com isn't responding at all, so I'm just gonna chuck the finished version to Fulp and hope that I get a reply about the possible sponsorhip before next month. If not, then screw it. This thing goes up without a sponsor.

As much as that sucks for me (Since i've been saving up for something really special for the past few years and this was supposed to be the last stretch to reach that) I can't keep my fans waiting for too long because of that.

Oh, and the reason I want to include a version number from now on is if I ever update the movie. (and I will) I don't like the idea of 2 different versions floating around the web, but at least now there will be a version number to indicate which one is a newer one.

PS. Also, big, big thanks for Markku "Maksu" Virtanen for helping me out with a lot of stuff, like the actionscriping and staying up 'till 3am to solve the memory issue I had some time ago. I couldn't have done it without you, man.
